After hours/squeeze in appointments are always available via Instagram DM. +$15 upcharge ~ If you need to cancel please DM my Instagram for the fastest response time. ~ I ACCEPT CASH ONLY for the remainder of your service. If not you will be charged $5 extra for a transaction fee. ~7 minute grace period *7 minute grace period until your appointment is canceled. The card on file will be charged 50% percent of service + 3.5% transaction fee* ~Absolutely NO REFUNDS ~ If you are not satisfied with your service(s) for any reason you have 48 hours to contact me. In the case of an allergic reaction I am not responsible to give a refund, however I can offer a complimentary removal ~For best results please arrive to your appointment with zero makeup (Lash Extensions & Brow laminations) or Freshly showered (Body Waxing) ~I DO NOT ACCEPT FOREIGN FILLS! Cancellation Policy
PAYMENTS, CANCELATIONS + NO SHOW POLICY
No-shows and ANY cancellations will be charged 50% of the service fee.
~If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged a no-show fee (50% + a 3.5% automatic transaction fee). This charge will NOT be added towards your next service/appointment. This goes directly to the service provider for their time taken.
~If the fee is not paid you’ll be banned from any future bookings.
• If you NEED TO CANCEL please DM for the fastest response.
~If you plan to reschedule it must be done 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a lost deposit & 50% of service charged.
• NO REFUNDS. Be aware if you file a dispute with your bank over charges made due to cancellations, your bank may suspend your account due to “Fraudulent activity” especially after I send proof of you agreeing to my policies.
